And the winner is the village of Speti in the town of Sachkhere in the Imereti province. There will be 14 of us in this area.

To be honest, there is not a whole lot of information online about this place. There are two wikipedia pages (here and here) that are pretty worthless except for one saying that the population a few years ago was around 47,000. A couple of us are already talking that we will become the wikipedia experts for this region.
The important part – they have a football club. Yeah! Well, at least they did at one point and hopefully the club still exists.
Believe it or not, they have weather there. And not only that, somebody actually posts it online! You can see the weather here.
Oh, and supposedly the oldest person in the world lives there. 130.
