Tomorrow is the big day. The host families come and we are auctioned off to the highest bidder. There is a stage that we have to walk down, do a turn, smile and then go back. Then the auctioning begins. Please let me be picked!
Really though. We will find out tonight were we are going to be placed. The Minister has made some last minute special requests so Nino has had to make changes. Politics – yeah!
Tomorrow, host families will come in batches and we will all be seated in a room. Nino will talk to both groups for about an hour, then call out a volunteer name and a host family name. We then get in their car and drive away to never never land.
Since I still have no idea where I will be, I have no idea what my internet situation will be like. It may be a few days before I can post or email.
