Over the past couple of weeks people have told me numerous times how they are jealous of my travels and adventures. They would love to do what I am doing, but obligations like finances, husband, wife, kids, job, etc make it so they cannot. As I am meeting up with more family and friends to say hello and goodbye, a lot of them seem to be making odds on whether or not I am going to find a Georgian – note, it is Georgian and not Russian – bride. Is it possible? Well, anything is possible. Is my village going to try and hook me up when they find out how old I am and that I am single? Well, it is a definite possibility. Does it have to be a Georgian lady? What about an expat? Sure, whatever works. Does it have to be someone I meet over there or would it be possible to come home and find someone in the states. Well, that has not worked out so well for me thus far, but living in Portland definitely made me feel better about my chances. Continue reading Pool

I hate shopping for shoes. My feet are nowhere near the typical person and that leaves me with very few options. Narrow heals, wide toe box, low arch, long feet. Great combination. Someone told me that I have European feet. Maybe I need to go to Europe to find shoes.
