This past weekend, Kristen, a VISTA in my group that is out on the coast, and I went hiking in the Mt. Hood area. This was my first time into the Cascades and I was glad that I was going to finally see Hood close up. I was also glad that the weather was perfect – sunny with a light breeze. I got an email last week from NWSA indicating that all of their positions that started after August were cut. Last time I looked, they had at least 30 positions posted on the site that are now no longer. Continue reading Nevermind (UPDATED) As I mentioned, last week I was in Vegas for a conference. The Aria hotel was very nice, which it should be since it just opened this year. The convention center was freaking huge – 3 stories and 300,00 square feet.
