They are phasing out land lines due to cost so I am finally going to get a blackberry. Hopefully I will not become addicted to it. Today was my last day of training and I finally start work tomorrow. At the end they state that the US spends about 16% of their GDP on healthcare while the Brits spend about 8.4%. I would like to know how the numbers for the US were computed for it does not seem like there is an easy to figure that out between SS payments, medicare payments, employer payments, employee payments, individual payments, etc. Video after the jump.
