1. Wyoming license plates have only 3 numbers (no letters) on the plate - so, you could assume that there are less than 1000 cars in the whole state. Odds are, there aren&#039;t many driver&#039;s licenses from there.

2. People from West Virginia don&#039;t leave West Virginia.
