This week I got a roomba and so far it is awesome. In case you have not heard of a roomba, it is a vacuum cleaner about the size of 4 frisbees stacked on top of each other. The kick is that it is a robotic vacuum meaning that it tools around the floor itself without you pushing it (hard to when there is no handle – but there is a remote!). Amen! Article by Howard Zinn about how the latest sets of wars (Irag, Afghanistan, Lebanon, etc) do more harm than good. Came accross this article today that basically says having sex several times a week can decrease health concerns like heart disease, depression, weight, colds/flu, and even better teeth (you will have to read that paragraph to understand how).
